Make Enemies
A living-room party game where the TV hosts, every phone becomes a controller, and a sharp-tongued game-show host keeps the room moving.
The problem
Most party games ask one screen to serve everyone or make every player manage a full application. Make Enemies splits the experience intentionally: the television is the show, phones are private controllers, and joining takes a short room code.
The product decision
Treat the host as a product system, not decorative copy. SAVAGE introduces games, addresses players by name, reads outcomes, tracks betrayals, and gives a thirty-mode collection one consistent voice.
What I own
I lead the game concepts, television and controller experiences, brand direction, content architecture, voice pipeline, realtime room model, and cross-platform implementation.
System underneath
The client uses React and TypeScript. Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects provide one realtime WebSocket-backed room authority per game. The same product is being prepared for web, Android, Android TV, Fire TV, and Roku-oriented delivery.
Current state
Core room, host, controller, and game-mode systems are under active development. The portfolio should demonstrate a small representative set of complete modes instead of implying all planned modes have equal production depth.
